Step One: Registration
In order to submit your paper you should first be registered. To start the registration process, please click here.
Registration is required to receive updates, submit abstract and be able to download published articles.
In order to complete your registration after filling the spaces on the registration page, please go to your email and click on the button ‘Verify’. If you did not receive the verification message, please check your spam folder.
Please note that you can submit only one paper at a time.
Step Two: Submitting your paper
After confirming registration (following the link sent to your email) and signing in, proceed to ‘submit your paper’ page. On this page, you will see dropdown menu, where you can choose your discipline, topic, and spaces to write a title and short abstract (up to 300 words).
Once your abstract has been submitted, you will then receive a confirmation letter, and be able to track your paper on the website. ‘Track your paper’ is a feature, which can be accessed only by registered users, who submitted their abstracts.
Step Three: Track your paper
After submitting the abstract you are going to receive a confirmation letter, and be able to track your paper on the website. Track your paper is a feature, which can be accessed only by registered users, who submitted their abstracts.
Any change(s) in the status of your paper will automatically generate a notification letter, sent to you.
Step Four: Submitting full paper
Once your abstract has been accepted, you will get an automatic letter congratulating you in passing this first stage. The next step is to submit your full paper.
You should send it to the Managing Assistant to the Editor-in-Chief.
Step Five: Acceptance/Rejection
Once a paper has been accepted, it is not unusual that several revisions would be required by the author, upon given feedbacks and recommendations by the journal’s reviewers.
Accepted papers will be published only if the authors adhere to the recommendations made by the journal editors.
Rejected papers, will receive detailed comments and justification for the rejection from the journal’s Editor-in-Chief.
